'Seven Minutes in Heaven' would be so much more fun if it was about peanut butter cookies.

A couple of Christmas's ago, the lovely Sarah presented me with the most delicious peanut butter cookies that exist. On the planet.

Not being a fan of chocolate and being a huge fan of peanut butter, Sarah gave me just the right thing. She later confided in me that she considered naming the cookie after me, calling it something like the "Peanut Butter Kate" (or probably the "Peanut Butter Katie" because she knows me from those days), but she worried I would think that was silly. Oh no I wouldn't! These cookies have since carried that title in my world.

As you may have deduced from the title, these cookies do not last long in my house - they were gone before I took a picture. Luckily, I was smart enough to snap a shot while the cookies were still dough.
