and here and here. The next couple weeks are incredibly busy for me, but I'm going to try to do it and if I do, I should have a new dress in time for Rosemary's birthday party!

i am not usually about the ruffly effect in the lower neck region or elsewhere, but it seems to be very old-style cute and effective in those dress cuts.
