The Finished Product, Finally

It's been nothing but rain here, so I haven't been able to get a decent picture of the dress, that I finally finished. I am starting to get impatient, so you are all going to get a poor-ish quality photo. Them's the berries, as they say.

The hem was the biggest struggle of the dress for me, and after I finished it ... I had to rip the seams out and sew it all over again. I suppose I didn't *have* to, but I wanted it to look better than it did.

Otherwise, I'm pretty excited about it. I feel confident in reading patterns now, and will try not to let them scare me any more.
